Shipping
Where we ship: We currently ship within the United States from our kitchen in Florida.
Processing time: Orders are packed and shipped within 2–3 business days.
Transit time: Depending on your location, delivery usually takes 2–5 business days. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order ships.
Frozen products: Yuki Arepas are shipped frozen with insulated packaging to ensure they arrive fresh and safe. Please place them in the freezer upon arrival.
Returns & Refunds
Because our products are frozen food items, we’re unable to accept returns once they leave our facility. However, your satisfaction means everything to us:
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or spoiled, please contact us within 48 hours at infoyukiarepas@gmail.com with your order number and photos.
We’ll work with you to replace the product or issue a refund as quickly as possible.
